Residential Park Homes are built and fitted out in accordance with the safety requirements of UK Legislation, the associated industry codes of practice and must comply with British and European standards. It is essential to maintain those standards to prevent risks to people and property.

Laws relating to LPG in Rented Caravans
Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1994 (as amended)
- Legal duty on rented Caravans for annual safety inspections
- Legal duty to display the Safety Certificate and Inspection Record in the Caravan

Annual Servicing
All Gas Appliances should be serviced annually and should include the following -
- Ventilation check
- Flue check
- Appliance safety device check
- Appliance operation check
- Gas leak check
- Pipework and hose inspection
